John is a Baptist pastor and has been in ministry for over 25 years. He has served in several churches as a pastor, youth minister and education minister. John is also a husband, father, and small-business owner. He has been married to Tobey Latham for 30 years and they have eight children and four grandchildren. John is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Religious Education. He did his undergraduate work at Hardin-Simmons University and earned a BBS in Applied Theology.

Chad is an ordained Baptist pastor that has been in bi-vocational ministry since college leading and serving on ministry boards, leading worship, directing choirs, teaching, and serving wherever there is a need. Chad and Wendy have been married for 30 years with two daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren. Chad is the President of a Consulting & Recruiting Firm, with a Bachelor's in Organizational Business Communication from the University of Texas and also a Bachelor’s of Divinity from CLC.
